Rules and Guidelines
a. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. When smoking outside, guests are kindly requested to use the special ashtrays provided. Risk of fire, especially during a high wind season.
b. Pets are more than welcome the property.
c. Quiet Hours are from 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM and from 02:00PM to 06:00 PM according to law guidelines.
d. Garbage must be disposed of in the proper receptacles (blue colored containers are for recycling use, and the green ones are for organic materials). Containers are located at the entrance of the building.
e. Guests are requested to take proper care of all Property appliances and furnishings. Please report damages immediately.
f. Caution!!In case of children in the terrace, An Adult Should Always Be Present at the area and Supervise. Never Leave Children Unattended.
g. Caution!! In case of presence of children in the kitchen area, Never Leave the Stovetop on Unattended – danger of skin burns
h. Kitchen-care:
1. Do not to put grease down the garbage disposal,
2. Clean old food out of the refrigerator on a regular basis.
3. The wood stove unit should be cleaned after use.
i. The Owner reserves the right to enter the property for inspection at all times with reasonable notice to Guest.
j. Changing the setting or the decoration of the property without the prior consent of the Owner is not allowed.
k. Guests are expected to conserve water & energy. These are precious resources in our area (!).
l. Before checking – out always remember:
– Turn off heat/cooling before checking out
– Lock all doors and windows before checking out
